This image is creepy on several levels, from the visible tear as the whipped and kneeling woman gives a hands-tied blowjob to the clown mask the guy is wearing in the uncropped scan.
I don’t know the artist but from the scan lines, I’m guessing this was an illustration in one of those 1980s kinky porn magazines, scanned in the early days of the internet (when we saw a lot of bad scans) or maybe even in the BBS era.
