I guess I don’t understand your point. Is it that comic books have scenes in them that would be difficult to reproduce in the real world?
I mean, I knew that already when I was seven years old and reading Donald Duck comics. And given the subject matter of the dofantasy books, it’s almost the point of the exercise, isn’t it? Pretty much every last one of them features extremely durable cartoon women enduring implausibly-difficult bondage scenarios.
I would imagine that’s why the comic-book medium was chosen for this material. So, I’m having trouble understanding your objection. I’m hearing “that comic book shows stuff that wouldn’t work in real life!” Um, go tell it to Superman?
I guess what’s irritating me is the cognitive dissonance between her almost realistic anatomy on the one hand and the anatomically impossible posture on the other hand. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Superman in a similar position. ;)

actually, that position isn’t impossible. But, once you see it, you’ll realized that you would have to see the arms … so, while it is still a very nice drawing, it is either disproportioned, or, the girl doesn’t have her arms any more.
