That huge ring gag looks very uncomfortable…for her. This is part of the photo A Mistake by photographer TwinPhoto, who writes that the ring gag is a two inch ring and adds that “they are brutal.”

I went to check and was surprised to learn that one of the toy stores I use considers the two-inch ring a “medium” and their “large” is two and a half.
