This artwork by Craig Esposito is from the cover of WA-503, Bitch of Buchenwald from the War Horrors series of exploitation stroke books. The book is said to be a sensationalized account of the lurid crimes of Ilse Koch, wife of a Nazi concentration camp official and the woman who inspired the infamous exploitation film Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS. (For a really detailed analysis of the Ilsa movie, I cannot recommend highly enough the notes of Dr. Faustus at Erotic Mad Science, who appeared on a recent episode of the Grindbin podcast to discuss the movie in comprehensive detail.)
