Crotch Rope Cutie
There are lots of ways to remind a bound girl that she’s not just there to hang out comfortably in your dungeon. A well-sized ball gag grows wearisome quite rapidly. But a nice tight crotch rope is impossible for her to disregard:

But, Dominated Debbie, after a while wouldn’t blood circulation tend to get cut off to a rather sensitive spot? I’ve occasionally had a leg “fall asleep” that way, and experienced the “pins and needles” sensation afterwards as circulation was restored. A similar sensation for her seems like too much tingle to handle! Or at the least, there’s something about this that rubs her the wrong way!
