I can imagine the 1962-style foolishness, but my imagination could be wrong. Would you mind elaborating just a bit?
It’s such nonsense from another time, I don’t want to make much of it. Just an utterly banal “who should do the housework, the husband or the wife?” type article. Literally the most interesting part of it was the ball-and-chain clip art.
I guess in those times, so-called “real” men were thought to be responsible for certain tasks, whereas women were responsible for breaking rocks. Thank you!
