Duct Tape Gag And A Straitjacket
The inmate is nonviolent but prone to self-harm, so she pretty much lives in that light straitjacket. The trouble is, she’s sometimes a yeller. Wearing the duct tape gag for a few hours usually calms her down for several days, because she really doesn’t like it:
