That pic must have been taken at a U.S. Government agency, since that’s about what it takes to get anyone there to do any work.
This pic reminds me of the work of John Blakemore, he got his starts in the early 70’s doing covers for detective mags. He later developed the content for H.O.M. INC. Blakemore managed to capture an edge that is often times missing today. I enjoy your blog and the humor.
