A long time ago I found a post on a now-defunct forum that opened my eyes to the sadistic possibilities of rubber bands:

So there I was, perusing bondage videos at pornkai.com (as one does, conducting pure intellectual researches of course) when I stumbled across a really entertaining electric predicament bondage scene from Deviant Designs. The video is awesome; go watch it now.
