What else is a guy supposed to do? If instead of binder clips I put in a requisition to the office secretary for clothespins, she will become suspicious(or envious?)

Some binder clips don’t hurt as much as others. It probably has to do with how they’ve been used. If one clamped a large stack of papers for a while, I think it would lose most of its bite.
Just letting folks know, I deleted a comment that included bogus safety information. Or, to be more precise, it included unsupported speculation about negative safety implications.

I’m with kaya - those clamps hurt!! The smaller the clamp, the harder they pinch. I haven’t felt one yet (even after lots of uses) that has lost its fierceness!!
And for added zing, the little silver handles can be removed… My master pointed out that without the handles, you can’t get them off. He had me put the handles back on myself… since my hands were shaking it was tricky to do!!
I was just guessing when I talked about that earlier. I borrowed two of those clamps from work and dang: as soon as I put them on myself I just kind of lost my mind from the pain. I took off the handles on Annie’s suggestion, and that was kind of a bad idea. But fun.

These are my favourite type of clamp for the nipple. After an hour of wearing them they REALLY hurt coming off. But the metal in them does get “fatigued” after a lot of use so they can become a little less intense if they are old.
