(Wooden) Horse And Rider
Every dungeon needs a wooden horse with a nice sharp angle on top for keeping the slavegirls squirming above their ever-more-sore pussies:

This story is a little bit sad. You might have noticed that Diablo Cody, the Juno screenwriter, had an interesting tattoo on her arm at the Oscars. It is, or was, bondage art, proclaiming her to Jonny’s Girl:
Erosblog has resurrected a bit of the tale of Diablo and Jonny sittin’ in their tree, from waay back in 2003:
You can imagine my shock when the waitress arrived with a tray not bearing spicy tuna rolls, but a white ring box. “Here’s your special roll,” she said, barely able to contain her glee. Jonny dropped to his knee as I began bawling my fool eyes out in front of many gawking diners, and popped the question.
I had a surprise planned too: See, we’d been talking about getting engaged a lot recently, and I had a hunch a proposal was forthcoming. So several days earlier (as it turns out, the exact day Jonny had purchased the ring), I had secretly had the word “yes” tattooed on the inside of my wrist. I’d hidden it with an AC/DC wristband and hoped my surprise wouldn’t be blown.
And it wasn’t; I whipped off the wristband and flashed Jonny my wrist. “Yes!” Onlookers applauded, and my feet haven’t touched the ground since.
Sadly, in the tattoo you saw last Sunday night, Jonny’s gone and been replaced by some flowers:
Photos are from here, where you can find some additional speculation on the change.

This pussy slave (note the chin dildo) must not have performed up to expectations, because she’s shackled to a bed frame and getting a riding crop applied very intimately:
I thought this picture looked very familiar when I saw it, so I tracked it down to the April 2004 edition of Hustler’s Taboo magazine. Taboo has always had some of the most stylish (not to mention downright dirty) fetish photography in print, but sadly they are hard to find even when they are brand new and hot off the presses. Back issues can only sometimes be found online, where they are thinly traded at great cost.
Fortunately for you, a good selection of pictures from each of the main photosets from the last three or four years of the print magazine are available to members of the Hustler’s Taboo website (which incidentally makes that site a heck of a lot better deal than most pay sites.)
Update: Since I first posted this I’ve blogged quite a few other bondage pictures from Taboo. Click the following link for more Hustler’s Taboo magazine posts at Bondage Blog.
2018 update: The Hustler’s Taboo website itself is now part of the Hustler Network, one of these one-low-price all-you-can-eat porn buffets. The digital magazine offering now includes complete magazines (not just select photosets) and other titles (Hustler for instance). In late 2018 there are about 65 Hustler’s Taboo issues dating back to 2010, which strikes me as an incredible value for one join.

Another bit of magazine cover art, this one featuring pretty American girls in bamboo bondage and under the guns of the Red Chinese (or maybe Vietnamese with Chi-Com equipment?) army:

The beautiful thing about large wooden structural pillars is that they aren’t going anywhere. The same is true of the women you tie to them. For example, take Rachel Roxxx:
And when I say “take Rachel Roxx”, I’m not saying it like Rodney Dangerfield would say it, I mean “take” in the more direct, even biblical, sense. You might even call it the “Sex And Submission sense.”
By a strange quirk of serendipity, this bit of fine art had been languishing in my uploads directory waiting for me to research it for a blog post, when reader Jeremy sent along a better copy and some information:
The painting is by pre-Raphaelite artist John Everett Millais, and it shows one Margaret Wilson, a member of the Free Church who refused to recognise the established Church of Scotland, and so was condemned to death by drowning in 1695 and left chained to the rocks in the Solway Firth. According to the Walker Gallery where the painting hangs today, witnesses to her execution reported that as the tide rose she defiantly quoted and sang from scripture, and that her hair floated around her head like a halo in the clear water.
Sadly, the painting has been Bowdlerized. When conservators x-rayed it, they discovered that it was originally painted as a nude. Millais painted Margaret in around 1871 without her shirt, with clothing being added later to placate delicate Victorian sensibilities:
