I came across this pregnant-woman-in-bondage photo on Tumblr, and I just didn’t find it credible. True pregnancy-bondage photos are rare, and almost universally they are studio shots where the controlled conditions allow for maximum safety. Something like this, where the risk of an uncontrolled fall would be substantial, just didn’t seem likely. What’s more, her belly doesn’t look “right” to me:
