Update: Thanks to Redshoe, we know that “BAC” was the moniker of the artist behind Bac Comix, a tickling-fetish producer who seems no longer to be active (that’s an Internet Archive link dating to 2009). Redshoe provided this link to some forum participation by BAC in 2006.
