Teacher Of Discipline

I’d love to know what old comic this originally came from:

a girls sports team or maybe some cheerleaders getting tied up in order to be taught some discipline

The art looks like the work of Nick Cardy. The chubby girl looks a little like the late forties/early fifties version of Etta Candy. In which case, it would be Wonder Woman. Disclaimer: Don’t quote me on this, I could be wrong. I’ve been wrong before and, probably, will be again. Sometime in the next fifteen minutes.

I was going to guess out of a Wonder Woman comic. Glad you posted it.

That panel is from Sensation Comics #052 page 10 Apr 1946 DC Comics. Yes, those are Wonder Woman’s pals, the Holiday Girls, including Etta Candy. The art is by H.G. Peter, who worked on Wonder Woman from 1941 to 1958.

Awesome. Thanks for the attribution!

The reason I suggested Nick Cardy is this looks a lot like the style of the early Teen Titans comics. H. G. Peter is, probably, correct because of the time period. Good eye, Covers.
