Of course I’m so jaded I saw that photo and thought “Hmm, that protruding bulbous clown nose mask looks like a dildo on his face. I wonder why nobody sells scarey-clown dildo-masks for sexy masquerade parties?” Probably somebody actually does, but the closest thing I’ve seen is this dildo harness for your face (not at all the same thing).
