I wonder….are the shackles on her ankles rigidly attached to the horizontal bar under her Achilles tendon, or can they slide along it?

If they are rigidly fixed and keeping her legs closed, she might actually be granted her request.

For her own security I would have added an iron collar attached to the dungeon wall…. but how she manages to go to the toilet ?
