This is from an old Cary Polkovitz comic called Miss Adventure, and it sure looks like she’s about to have one:
I remember this fondly. I actually dug out a stack of ‘mens adventure comics’ and flipped through them when I saw it. I wonder if Polkovitz sold some different versions to various sources though, as I can’t find this particular panel. Might be a different version of the story or a promotional panel; I remember Mister Mentos abducting Miss Adventure, but the metal tentacles suggest Venus Flytrap (another favorite character) is just offscreen and assisting.
