Not Bound By Gravity
I’ve long been a fan of Bill Ward’s fetish illustrations. But the longer I stare at this one, the more I conclude, he was smoking some serious weed the day he drew it. Because the more I look at the ropes, the more I conclude that his subject is not under the influence of any earthly gravity. Let her loose, and she’s going to fly away:

Notice the pulleys on the wrist ropes? She’s being suspended, rather harshley I would say!
Yes, but the vectors are wrong … the direction her wrists are being pulled does not explain why her ankle ropes are taught in the vector shown.
I failed physics, so I don’t, really, care about vectors and that kind of crap. I just love Bill Ward’s art.
