Bamboo Gags

Found this one on alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.cartoons:

captive girls wearing bamboo gags

“We try to explain ourselves, and get bamboo gags for our trouble…”

Sadly I do not recognize the comic it is from.

Definitely Milo Manara. X-Women, I think the title is.

Really! It doesn’t look like his usual style. I can sorta see it, but it’s a stretch…

Thanks for the ID, I do appreciate it.

Not EXACTLY his usual style maybe, but I think you can see him in there clear enough. And even though I haven’t read it, I recognice the characters Storm and Rogue – and thus pribabls Jean Grey and Wolverine, so yes, it’s X-Women, his take on the X-Men.

As fond as I am of bondage art, I never was a comics books guy. So I don’t have the background that comes in handy when stuff like this comes along. I’m always seeing cool kinky art and not recognizing what it’s a parody of, or a fan art tribute to, for example.

But yeah, the more I stare at this, the more Manara I see in it.

@Rope Guy : No problem. When you’re a comic/art geek, his work is somewhat…. shall we say, iconic? =P

The title is, indeed, “X-Women”. It was a Marvel one-shot, written by Chris Claremont and drawn by Milo Manara. Google the title and “Manara” you’ll find it.
