New Model Toe Cuffs

I’ve never seen these for sale anywhere, so I suspect they may have been hand-machined by a dedicated toe bondage enthusiast:

Looks like a mounting device for water tubes or tubes for electrical wires.

Yes, MoTala is right, it is a mounting device for all kind of wires. You can buy this in special fasterner supply stores

I do metal machining and forging and those would be easy to make. Machining would make a modern pair and forging would have a very medieval look.
