Yes, MoTala is right, it is a mounting device for all kind of wires. You can buy this in special fasterner supply stores
I do metal machining and forging and those would be easy to make. Machining would make a modern pair and forging would have a very medieval look.
I have used a 3\4 inch grinding stone and a 1 inch sand paper flap wheel to turn thumbcuffs in to toecuffs. Then I removed the pin from the key hole with a punch and drilled a 5\32 hole for the padlock and chain. I have been using hinged handcuffs on my girlfriend’s ankles and wrists for a while trying to stop her legs from moving all night. The hinged handcuffs helped a lot , but her legs still move a little bit and her feet would move a lot. When I added the toecuffs to her big toes her restless leg syndrome stopped. Now she can rest and get a good night sleep and so can I. I believe every woman can get relief from restless leg syndrome if they would lock there big toes together with toecuffs.
I was just thinking about the new model toe cuffs. I have a some plastic that is 30 inches by 4 inches by 1 inch. I could make that with my miter saw, drill bits, and taps.
I found an aluminum bar in the grass by the road. It is 30 inches by 2.5 by 9/16. What size drill bits will I need to make toe cuffs for my wife ?

I made the new model toe cuffs. I showed them to my friend and he said that he would like to try them out on his wife Tiffany. I said only if you take a lot of pictures for me. Tiffany has a smoking hot body and very sexy feet. He has been taking a lot of pictures with his camera and printing them for me. I have been getting a lot of pictures for 6 days now. I was going to put them in frames, but I have so many I just put them in a box. It would be great if I could have my way with Tiffany’s feet while her toes are bolted together!
Mike after you cut it in half you will need an 1/8 inch bit for your pilot holes, a 7/32 for your 1/4-20 tap on the bottom. Use a 1/4 inch bit on top, after you bolt it together drill 1/8 inch pilot holes. You can use a 7/8 inch wood bit on aluminum just fine. 7/8 is the size of a woman’s big toes most of the time.
The 7/8 bit made sharp edges, but I took care of that with some sandpaper. It would be great if I could attach a chain.
On the ones I made i drilled a 7/32 vertical hole in the middle of the top and a 7/32 horizontal hole in the middle of the bottom. Then I used my 1/4-20 tap for the eyebolts. It looks like my friend plans on keeping the ones I made, so I am making another pair for my girlfriend. I hope I get finished by the 14th.

Last night I gave my wife a dozen roses. Then I tied her to the bed. When I came back in to the bedroom I showed her the aluminum toe cuffs and said it’s fun time! Her eyes got big and she said what is that? I said you are about to find out. Then I bolted it shut around her big toes. Later I locked a chain to the toe cuffs and then locked the chain to the top of the headboard. I have never seen her get this turned on before. I untied her about 9:00 a.m. She loves the toe cuffs. I think I will leave them on her until 11:30 or 12:00.
Friday night I bolted the toe cuffs shut around my wife’s big toes. This morning she bet me she could escape. She is still stuck in the aluminum toe cuffs.
This weekend my wife cooked, washed the dishes, washed the towels, took a bath, washed her hair, watched TV, and painted her nail’s with her toes bolted together in the aluminum toe cuffs. Then I locked a chain to the toe cuffs and took her to the bedroom a few times to see what else she could do with her toes bolted together. She did not try very hard to escape from the toe cuffs. I know I offered to take them off about 20 times and she would just say ( I’m alright for now.) I took them off her toes on sunday about 4:00 PM and put them back on her toes at 10:00 PM. I planned on taking them off at 6:30 this morning, but she begged me to leave them on so I went to work. When I came home I ate lunch and unbolted her toe cuffs.
My girlfriend loves the ones I made. She likes to fill trapped and completely helpless. She knows when I bolt them shut around her big toes all hope of escape is gone. I thought I made them out of plastic but it is nylon. When the bolts go in they stay put, as my girlfriend and my Friend’s wife found out.
I put the aluminum toe cuffs on my wife’s toes last night. This morning she bet me she could escape. I left them on her toes when I went to work. When I can back for lunch her toes were free. She unbolted them with a pair of pliers.
So far she has unbolted them with pliers, my 1\2 inch wrinch, my 13 mm wrinch, my adjustable wrinch, and the bathroom door against the fraime. She likes to try to be an escape artist. Two weeks ago I found some high sucuridy lisions plate bolts in the dash of my truck. That have an Allen head with a pin in the middle and a rounded head. I bought them at family dollar 12 years ago. I started using them on the new model for cuffs I made. Now when I bolt them shut around my wife’sbig toes at night I know her big toes will still be bolted together when I get home from work. I’m making some for her thumbs now.
My wife has a problem today! We were coming back home from the store in my truck. Then she saw the toecuffs I made laying on the seat. She put them on and bolted them shut around her big toes. Then she put the Allen wrench with the hole in the end on my dash. She told me to hurry up and get home before the ice cream melts. I went around a curve a little bit too fast and the Allen wrench slid across the dash and flew out the window. It went down the hill in to the tall grass. She trapped her big toes and lost the Allen wrench! Now she is stuck in toecuffs!
Allen wrench with a hole in the end. I had 2 like that. They were 1\8 of an inch. You can go to Lowes or Home Depot and get a T 25 torkex bit with a hole in the center.
All sounds awesome. I wish I could get some custom bolting toecuffs made, probably won’t happen but I’ll be hopeful. If you use the Allen style then could you use it to gradually tighten them, and make them bolt much tighter around the toes? I’m very new to the toecuff side of things but I’m very interested. I’d be very interested in getting some custom toecuffs made and to try them out. Mike, the situation you had with your wife getting stuck when the key fell out of the window; how long was she bolted in the cuffs? And what was the final outcome?
