I do like the look to some degree, but I can not help but think that the hands in between the legs like that does limit the uses of the device - she may look exposed but to actually play with her parts you would have to stand to the side or from above.
I prefer arms on the outside or even folding the arms up along the bar, to give room for a person between the legs of the captive, for whatever nefarious purposes - all of this easy enough to achieve with a standard home made spreader bar.
