The Most Dangerous Toy

Imagine Yoda saying “Wary, we must be…” before giving too much attention to the ideas of Friedrich Nietzsche. (And for an extra dose of precautionary warning, go watch “A Fish Called Wanda”.)

Now, having been duly warned, I can share with you this bit of Nietzsheian wisdom:

“Two things are wanted by a true man, danger and play. Therefore, he seeks a woman, as the most dangerous toy.”
–Friedrich Nietzsche

If memory serves, he also says, in “Also Sprach Zarathustra”:
“‘And see! In this moment, the world was made perfect!’ So thinks the woman, when she obeys out of full love.”
