Ominous Bondage Photo
Here’s a fairly standard tattooed girl wearing a spider gag and some heavy chains. The look of apprehension on her face is a nice touch, but the real ominous bit is the visible IV bag hanging behind her:
You can get a better idea what’s going on by viewing the rest of the promotional materials for the shoot, but I’m not sure the purpose of the IV ever becomes clear without becoming a member. (It’s also possible that it’s actually an enema bag?) From Wired Pussy.

According to the short blurb in the “updates” section, it definitely is water for an enema which she was required to evacuate on camera.
There’s obviously a lot I dunno about enema play. (Not a suprise I guess, or this place would be called “Enema Blog”, huh?) I can’t see how that tiny IV line is big enough to administer an enema at any reasonable speed — every enema picture I’ve ever seen has used a bigger hose. But hey, the kink.com folks tend to know their kinky business, I assume it’s my understanding that’s flawed.
Even a regular i.v. of half a liter might be emptied in less than five minutes if you (or, preferably, a fireman) squeeze.
Keep in mind that the needle in patient’s arm is still a lot smaller than what’s used here.
So, it might work fast enough after all.
