Anyway, the standing model is Sally Roberts and the one in the trunk is (I think) Susan Blair, so this is almost certainly from the old Arrow Films days.

It’s not obvious in that photo, but Sally is gagged and has her wrists cuffed to a spreader bar. The rest of the photo shoot continues with her bringing Susan inside and tying her to hang from a pole suspended between two sawhorses; Sally is then tied to hang underneath her.
