Thanks, Redpulp! I strongly suspected early Water Bondage, but I didn’t have the time to chase it down to confirm. I remember press and PR discussion of that site when it was new; turns out they were obsessively focused on safety (not really a surprise given the consequences of a bad accident.)

Interesting detail not obvious in the above clip is that she has a heavy chain padlocked around her neck. Thankfully, she comes out okay. :)
