I’m thinking if her hands were loosely anchored to the wall, she wouldn’t be able to reach the clamps, and she wouldn’t be able to untie any knots.

The key is to give the wrist ropes enough slack to make sure she can “decide” whether or not to continue to hold the weights, and yet tight enough so that she can’t move her hands where she wants to move them (i.e., escape), and positioned properly so that she can’t sort of just hang her hands from the ropes and use them to her advantage.

Would love to try this out on my girl but my house doesn’t have any decent anchor points on the wall…perhaps I should change that.
