The pic is a fake, If you google search that image you can find the original which is a regular ball gag.

1) Doesn’t it look a bit small for a dog toy? I’d be afraid a dog would choke on it. (But I guess it could still be a cat toy.)
2) Hello Kitty DID make a vibrator, did they not?
3) The fact that it’s being worn very loosely may be contributing to the fact that it does kinda like amateurish. But that’s not the fault of the product itself.

Anyway, this is fun!
