The old wagon wheels indicate this building is for working ranch hands. The fine hardwood floor in this section might be a dance floor, because the barn is the only hall around big enough for a Saturday night dance.

She must have been passing through when she decided to stop and inquire about some recreational riding in the area. The guys were obliging enough, until she made some snooty remarks about the superiority of English-style riding over Western-style.

In a moment she’ll be rolled onto her side, and her fancy riding crop will be used to warm her butt. Ironically, the guys will prove her point, as later she will be too tender to settle down onto the saddle to ride Western-style.
