My tastes, too, are such that I lose interest at a point prior to when the welts start to bleed.

But even a movie that includes scenes of severity beyond my enjoyment level, may also have scenes less severe that remain entertaining. Or, as here, a frame of interest.

A classic example would be this post with a still from the zombie movie Deadgirl. You couldn’t pay me to watch that movie, but I like the still.
