If someone wants to use scriptures from the Bible, then they should at least read it and be more complete. There’s is no 2 Kings 28. 2 Kings only goes up to chapter 25. That verse is in 2 Kings 19:28 (chapter:verse). That’s not even the whole verse.
2 Kings 19:28 NKJV
Because your rage against Me and your tumult
Have come up to My ears,
