Several of his other comics have had amputation in them, to the point in some cases that women were just torsos, so I wouldn’t be surprised is her lower arms were gone.

One that’s a bit easier is restraining a girl with each hand on the opposite shoulder blade. It’s not as straining as a reverse prayer (with elbows touching), but the results are similar.
