Maybe I’m just weird, but I’ve always found that there is sort of an “optimum” breast size, above which erotic attraction decays. For me, this one is WAY above the limit (even for a manga character). Have to agree though, the fiery look in her eyes is cute.

Her name’s Kallen, she’s from a show called Code Geass, and I think she’s been put in situations like this a couple times during the show. Search Google Images for ‘kallen code geass bondage’ and you’ll find some things.
