My idea is/was SIMILAR to “stevia’s”
in that I wanted a web-site to feature audio clips of the actresses
saying things like “please don’t GAG me!”, etc.
And in the manner of “observational” comedy (like Jerry Seinfeld):
“Did you ever notice how the sound the woman/actress makes with the gag in her mouth is the “same” as the sound she makes with a PENIS
“stuffing” it?
I remember an olde bondage VHS “Special Request” starring Michelle Bauer in which she states (in the movie AND in the trailer for it)
“I’m SUBMISSIVE, at least in my DREAMS I am!” and go on to say (“sensually”): “I even like my mouth filled-with-a-GAG!”

Although this kind of gag never really keeps anyone quiet, the expression on her face is great. I always use the cleave gag as more of a warning to the girl. It distorts her face, stretching back the corners of her mouth and letting her know if she continues to make noise, things will get worse. Of course they never shut up and that’s when the fun starts for everyone. No gag will completely silence the sub, they will always make some amount of noise for you. Depending on the kind of noises you like to hear, you can use a variety of gags and play her like a fine tuned musical instrument.
