I do this pose in yoga, it really stretches your back and your arms.

I also love how it sticks your boobs out, and i am in an all girls class which is awesome. imagine that, 20 women all sticking there boobs and there bums out all at the same time.

And I Love the Reverse Prayer look.

It forces the breasts out even more than any other arm bondage.

It is also one of the strictest, most difficult and, so I am led to believe, most painful positions.
