The girl is a former wrestling diva (she is no longer with the company) named Joy Giovanni. In the skit, she’d been kidnapped by wrestler Kurt Angel & placed in the trunk of the limo owned by John Bradshaw Leyfield, who had no idea how she got there (you’d have to follow the show to understand all this!). I have this entire scene on tape & it’s rather nice for those of us into mainstream bondage.

They have these little melodramas before the bouts and this was supposed to be the title contender’s girlfriend, kidnapped to force him to throw the fight (as if they’re not already fixed– hello:)
I know this because the pic and the scene was discussed on Brian’s Page, http://www.brianspage.com, which covers mainstream female bondage (real life, TV and film, theater, college pranks, ect).
I’ll hunt for the original citation, but I think what happened (and yes, I’m speculating here) is that Mexican police held some sort of press conference on their crime problem, and distributed this photo as an illustration. Some chowderhead who forgot his high school Spanish filed it as a real victim photo with wire services.
