The Electric Interrogator
I don’t have any kind of original publishing context for this Bill Ward artwork, but the basic function of the machine seems clear. If the prisoner doesn’t say what the interrogator wants to hear, there’s direct negative stimulus at a pretty decent voltage applied between the butt plug and the dildo:
