She’s Ready To Be Let Out Of The Pillory
As tourist-trap pillories go, this one is more plausible-looking than most, and it certainly is trapping this pretty young woman by the neck, even if her hands may not be securely held. She looks like she’s reached the sweet spot, too, where it stopped being fun a little while ago, but she’s still being a good sport:

If she and her boyfriend happen to be the only ones around at the moment, he can unbutton her jeans and pull the zipper down, and slip his hand inside her panties. She dare not yell.
The tricky part is getting her zipped back up quickly when voices are heard approaching from around the corner.
Been there done that but in our case it was down in a cellar and I was wearing a short skirt and a thong. Husband made full use of me being stuck in there and after we came out the security guard remarked how often couples came out from there looking disheveled and short of breath!
