That Camgirl In The Window
I was looking through some French-language graphic novels with a voyeurism theme the other day, to see if there was any kinky content to share with my loyal Bondage Blog readers, when I was struck by certain similarities between what an extremely lucky voyeur might see, and what a paying patron of adult cams performers gets to enjoy routinely. The difference, of course, is that no Peeping Tom ever gets as lucky as the binoculars-wielding creep in those French comics. But a man who pays a camgirl properly (and tips her well) can get the show of his dreams, whenever the fuck he wants it.
If you are a cams freeloader who hangs around in the public rooms waiting for something to happen, perhaps you’ve seen a performer preparing for her show, or enticing customers into a private room by doing a bit of a striptease as she gets out of her street clothes. Or by modeling a bit of fancy lingerie.
A lot of times, especially if they are waiting for a busier time or an expected paying customer, cams performers will just lounge, listening to musing and chatting or reading comic books. Of course there are many different cams business models, cam sites, and camgirl platforms, so no generalization will hold true everywhere. But this one has legs: for the best experience, being a generous gentleman is recommended! Suddenly you’ll start to see the sorts of things that even the luckiest voyeur rarely will, because women (no matter how freaky) are usually pretty careful about pulling the blinds and diving under the covers when they don’t intend to have an audience:
Nonetheless I did laugh heartily when I got to this next scene in the voyeur comic book. Because by then I was thinking explicitly about all the parallels with the camming world, and if these two panels aren’t the very vision of a private show with a toy, I don’t know how it could be drawn better!
Even though a lot of the most explicit cams work is done in private shows, I know there are some cams performers who’ve done very well by running large popular open rooms and doing various tricks and performances that attract lots and lots of simultaneous tips.
