Pretty much none of Bill Ward’s BDSM artwork is practical to perform. Always the buckle end of the belt, all of his women have fingernails longer than their fingers, that sort of thing. It’s just how he was.
Well, the whip here doesn’t seem impractical. Nasty, yes, but realistic. I was just making a comment about rope whips in general. My larger point, though I failed to make it, is that I rarely see rope whips in bondage photos/illustrations, and yet, here one is.
Or is it? On closer inspection it’s probably a much more common braided leather whip.
Rope whips can be NASTY.
