Sacrifice Her To The Ice Beetles
There’s a kidnap gang on the north side of the lake. Ever since the winters got long, there’s been a rumor that they stake surplus women out on the ice. It keeps the ice beetles from getting so hungry they come right up off the shore and into the yurts:
