How about two crops coming down simultaneously onto her both nipples? Set a number of whacks, say 50, and ask her to count but encourage her to extend her limits, 80 or a 100?
When the tender skin breaks (nipples are pretty tough, actually), press the nipples with cautery pens and bleeding will be stopped alright…
