Kari In Bondage
Apparently (I missed it!) there was an episode of the Mythbusters TV show in which Kari got strapped to a bench so that they could test out the “myth” of the Chinese water torture. I don’t know how her face got muddy, but in the second shot they’ve got her in some sort of head-bracket so that she can’t evade the dripping water:

That Mythbusters up was hot, can’t believe you never saw/heard about it.
Kari lasted about fifteen seconds before she was begging to be released. Apparently it was pretty hellish.
If only she were topless in that scene, I could die right now a happy man.

Insex did a real chinese water torture scene once. I forget the model but it was one of the really tough girls that PD worked with regularly and she could normally really take it.
She took about 5 minutes and she was toast. It gave her such a pounding headache that she couldn’t stand and they stopped the shoot. One of the VERY few times PD ever stopped a shoot.
As I remember, Insex tried it again a few months later with a different model but basically the same results.
