Pretty Military Prisoners

Looks like Chinese Communists; the officer’s blue uniform is classic revolutionary, and the troops are wearing olive green (Veitnamese normally either wore black, or a darker green) the hats are a giveaway; the Veit Cong never had unifrom hats, while the NVA(when they did) wore wide-brimmed hats. What worries me about these girls’ predicament though, is that guy in the background wearing a surgical mask.
